TIMOTHY R. WELCH vs. CONNECTICUT NATIONAL BANK.

The judgment in the Superior Court is reversed but not on the merits. The plaintiffs are to renew their request to the Chief Justice for Administration and Management to assign the Land Court judge to the Superior Court to hear the c. 93A matter. That judge, once assigned, has discretion to hear further argument on any summary judgment motion submitted by either party.
