The c. 209A order of August 10, 1998, obtained by Leonides Ramos against Miriam E. Ramos, is vacated. The Probate Court judge shall cause a directive to be sent, conformably with G.L.c. 209A, § 7, third par., to direct the destruction of all records of the vacated order.
