The judgment of dismissal is vacated, the finding of the medical malpractice tribunal is struck, and the case is remanded to the Superior Court where a determination shall be entered that the offer of proof by the plaintiffs is sufficient to raise a legitimate question of liability appropriate for judicial inquiry.
