In 97-P-2402, the judgment dismissing the complaint as to all counts against Joseph LoStracco and the judgment notwithstanding the verdict on the counterclaim are affirmed. The order denying the motion for a new trial is affirmed. In 99-P-1056, the order denying the motion for costs to be assessed against the plaintiff is affirmed.
