THE JUDGMENT OF CONTEMPT DATED NOVEMBER 23, 1998, is reversed. So much of the judgment of contempt dated June 29, 1998, as amended and supplemented, is affirmed as orders the defendant to pay $5,730.50 in attorneys’ fees, and declares that the “[d]efendant is obligated to provide death benefits for plaintiff, if he predeceases her, in the amount of the greater of $350,000 or one-half of his TIAA-CREF death benefits”; the remainder of the judgment

is vacated and the case is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with this memorandum and order. The order dated August 24, 1999, temporarily restraining the defendant from “draw[ing] down below $700,000 from his TIAA-CREF account,” shall remain in effect pending resolution of the remanded matters.
