The order is vacated to the extent that it ordered the defendant not to contact and stay away from the daughter. The probate Court judge shall cause a notification and direction to be sent, conformably with G.L. c. 209A, § 7, third, par., for destruction of all records referring only to the vacated portion of the order, and reformation of any other records, as necessary, to conform to the order as amended.
