DOMINIC J. GALLUZZO v. MARY A. GALLUZZO.

May 3, 1984.

The judgment of contempt of December 2, 1982, is vacated, and the case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the order on file. Those portions of the judgment of divorce nisi of December 2, 1982, nunc pro tunc June 30, 1981, which order the payment of alimony by the husband and the payment of a lump sum by the husband in satisfaction of the order for division of assets are vacated. In all other respects the judgment is affirmed. An amended judgment is to enter reflecting a credit to the husband in the amount of $32,986.35 against the lump sum payment to be made by him.
