ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Patrick J. Farino (plaintiff) is not entitled to an order requiring the Mayor of the City of Woburn to execute a deed conveying to plaintiff title to certain property located at 0 Kensington Avenue, Woburn (locus); and it is further

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that plaintiff is not entitled to a judgment that he owns locus by adverse possession.
