The judgment is affirmed together with interest on the judgment (including the amount of interest provided for therein) at the rate of twelve percent per annum from February 4, 1983 (G.L.c. 211A, § 15), double costs on appeal (G.L.c. 211A, § 15), and counsel fees to the plaintiff on appeal in the amount of $1,000 (Mass.R.A.P. 25, as amended). The execution for all the foregoing is to issue out of the Superior Court.
