on December 10, 1984, as amended by the order of December 31, 1984, is modified by striking the amount of $216,370.36 as it appears in paragraph two and substituting the amount of $261,062.86, and, as so modified, the judgment is affirmed. The order of the Superior Court granting a preliminary injunction in case no. 78-6575, entered on October 15, 1985, is affirmed. The order of the Probate Court granting a preliminary injunction in case no. 85E0099-G1, entered on October 11, 1985, is affirmed.
