ELIZABETH EPSTEIN v. FRANK D. CARISTI AND SONS, INC.

Appeals Court of Massachusetts.
April 20, 1984.

The order denying the defendant’s postjudgment motion and the judgment on count 2 of the complaint are affirmed, with double costs on appeal (G.L.c. 211A, § 15), interest on the judgment (and on the amount of interest provided for therein) at the rate of twelve per cent per annum from May 9, 1983 (G.L.c. 211A, § 15), and counsel fees for the plaintiff on the appeal in the amount of $500 (Mass.R.A.P. 25, as most recently amended). The execution for the sum of the foregoing is to issue out of the Superior Court.
