The fourth paragraph of the judgment, enjoining the plaintiffs from interfering with the Zagranises’ lawful use of the way, is affirmed. The remaining three paragraphs of the

judgment are vacated. The judgment shall be modified to declare that the Zagranises hold the right and easement to improve and use Sampson Street as it abuts their property and the property owned by the plaintiffs, for access and egress (including vehicular access and egress) to and from the Zagranises’ property.
