Decisions Pursuant to Rule 1:28. The judgment is amended to delete the following words: “the fee to the easterly half of the Layout opposite the Dellert parcel, as well as the entirety of the Layout south of the Dellert parcel to the land of Fowles, remains in the Conners or their heirs or assigns.” As so amended, the judgment is affirmed.
