GAIL DAVIS vs. MICHAEL DAVIS.

So much of the “Order-Judgment on Complaint for Civil Contempt” as adjudges the husband (implicitly) in contempt and orders him to pay $4,000 in arrearages is vacated and the case is remanded to the Probate Court for further proceedings consistent with the order of the Appeals Court. Pending the hearing on remand, the husband shall continue to pay child support through the Department of Revenue in the amount of $100 a week. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed.
