The order allowing Valentine’s motion to suppress the marihuana and the cocaine is reversed, but as to the cocaine the reversal is without prejudice to the filing of a renewed motion to suppress or exclude by Valentine. The order allowing Johnson’s motion to suppress both drugs is affirmed.
