As to the armed carjacking charges, the judgments are reversed, the verdicts set aside, and those indictments are to be dismissed for both defendants. As to the unlawful possession of a controlled substance charge against the defendant Porter, the judgment is reversed and the verdict set aside. The remaining judgments are affirmed.
