The judgments for unlawful possession of a firearm, G.L. c. 269, § 10(a), and carrying a loaded firearm, G.L. c. 269, § 10(n), are reversed and the verdicts are set aside. The remaining judgment for unlawful possession of ammunition, G.L. c. 269, § 10(h), is affirmed.
