The judgment of the Superior Court is vacated. The matter is remanded to the Superior Court which shall forthwith schedule a probable cause hearing pursuant to the requirement of G.L. c. 123A and shall immediately conduct a hearing to determine appropriate conditions of release of the respondent for the protection of the public pending the hearing on probable cause pursuant to § 12(e).
