The portion of the judgment that dismissed with prejudice Cahill’s complaint for modification is affirmed. The portion of the judgment that terminates the obligation of Spooner to maintain dental insurance for Cahill is vacated and the case is remanded on that issue for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. The order awarding $5,000 in attorney’s fees to Spooner is affirmed.
