The decree terminating the mother’s parental rights to Lionel is vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Juvenile Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. That portion of the decree that denies the mother postermination and postadoption visitation with Andreas is vacated and remanded. The decree terminating the mother’s and father’s parental rights to Edward is affirmed.
